Have all the players to play?

Some people think that all the football players (good or not so good members) have to play in a match. But this is fair? 

Firstly, I think that be good or not so good is irrelevant in the time that he or she plays. In my opinion, only has to play the people who make the best of him or her. If you are the best player in the world, but you don’t make an effort, I think you haven’t to play.

Secondly, if you are not so good and you know it, you have to accept that you are going to make and extra effort to play more minutes. You have to make the coach trust you.

In conclusion, I think the level that you have in a sport it’s irrelevant. You have to make an effort and get over your own level. The fairest is that the players who make the best effort have to play more minutes.
